Part of FCDL’s requirement as according to the companies act is to hold yearly Annual General Meetings for our members. There are specific procedures that we must follow, which includes reporting on FCDL’s activities and accounts since the previous Annual General Meeting. We are currently compiling these into Annual Reviews.
Our last AGM was held on 4th December 2013 in Sheffield.

The AGM is also an opportunity for anyone on the Management Group to step down (retire) or for new members to be elected to be part of the Management Group or to take up different officer roles. This
is done through a nomination and voting process.
